I make documentaries about people and their relationship with their struggles. I also film the clinicians and specialists who help them.

Fifty-two people so far, in thirteen countries, since 2014. And I’ve gone back to some of them, a year or more later, to follow up their stories and film with their families.

I’ve made films about people with systemic sclerosis, pulmonary fibrosis, haemophilia, cancer, eye disease, diabetes, chronic pain and skin conditions, and about addiction and recovery.

I’ve filmed Prof Christopher Denton on scleroderma diagnosis at the Royal Free and Prof Marlies Wijsenbeek on pulmonary fibrosis, as well as psychotherapists, dermatologists and eye care professionals.

Those films were commissioned by Boehringer Ingelheim, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Pfizer, Sobi, Santen and CooperVision, through Ogilvy, Maker Projects, 90TEN, Unlimited Group and Accenture Song.

Alongside the films, for the last seven years I’ve recorded and edited Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s podcast, Feel Better Live More. I cut the social clips too: sixty of them have passed a million views on Instagram, and a Gabor Maté clip on regrets has had 80 million. Over 600 hours of finished content in all, with Maté, Bessel van der Kolk, Edith Eger and Eliud Kipchoge among the guests. I worked with a production designer on the look of the studio, and built out the lighting, video and audio side.
